Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at GiGi SoleMate. We hoped that you were satisfied with your item(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for store credit ONLY. We’ll accept your return request for items that are unopened, unused, and with the original tags still intact. The item(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. We do not accept returns for intimate items and sale items (sale items are FINAL). In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one or store credit within 7 days of receipt. 

To initiate return please email us at Once item(s) are returned you will be entitled a store credit (excluding cost of delivery). Please ensure all return packages are sent with a tracking number, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 15 business days of receipt of returned item(s) for it to be processed. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. 


We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online.

You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order if you simply change your mind. 

Undelivered Items

If order(s) are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services GiGi SoleMate does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned to sender due to non-collection. Refunds will NOT be granted for orders returned due to non-collection. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

All orders are shipped USPS unless specified 

Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 1-3 business days after your payment is authorized and verified, this does not include weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal service.
